"Damascus has accused Al-Qaeda of being behind a massacre in Hama and criticized Turkey for sheltering terrorists in a message to the UN, which was read out on state television. “Terrorists are arriving in Syria via neighboring countries, including Turkey, which opens its doors unconditionally to all terrorists of the world to penetrate Syria,” the letter read. This follows Monday suicide bombing allegedly staged by paramilitary forces in the town of Salmiyeh, in the central Hama region. The blast took at least 42 lives, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights."
