Bürgerprotest – wir wollen freien Zugang zum Schweizer TV

Wir protestieren hiermit gegen die Entfernung der schweizer TV-Sender SF1, SF2 und anderer Sender aus dem deutschen TV-Kabelnetz. Kabel-BW argumentiert, dies geschah aus lizensrechtlichen Gründen. Aber nicht das SchweizerTV verhindert die Ausstrahlung, sondern Gesetze und Wirtschaftsinteressen in Deutschland. Steckt hier etwa das Monopol von Sky dahinter?
Es ist für uns Bürgerinnen und Bürger in Deutschland nicht hinnehmbar, dass die Sender unserer  unmittelbaren Nachbarn gesperrt werden, andererseits britische, türkische, arabische und amerikanische Kanäle ausgestrahlt werden. Diese Blockade verstösst eklatant gegen das Recht der freien Meinungsbildung und gegen die europäischen Grundrechte freier Presse und Meinungsbildung. Wir erwarten von den politisch verantwortlichen Ministern der Bundesregierung, Herrn Heiko Maas und Lothar de Maiziere umgehend die Behebung dieses grundgesetzwidrigen Zustandes.Wir sehen uns einerseits durch die Geheimdienstschnüffelei und andererseits durch die Verhinderung umfassender Meinungsbildung in unseren Freiheitsrechten angegriffen.
